When we receive our credit scores, it's simply a number; almost like a test score...all we know is, the higher the better. This article describes your credit score a little further so that you can begin to understand it, not just know it. It takes a lot of information from a lot of different sources to come up with the number that is your score. Our website offers a tool that can determine whether or not you are qualified right up front before you begin the search. We all know that color choice is a very important detail when building and designing your new home. Add to that the fun and interesting layer about what kind of emotions colors evoke, thus aiding in the decision-making process for what colors should be painted in what rooms, deems this process an amusing challenge. This chart shows the differences in colors and how whatever color you choose can put you in a certain mood. There's been a recent trend in downsizing the American home. Downsizing used to have a negative connotation...no longer moving onward and upward but possibly backwards, lowering one's living 'spread.' As we all know, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is a real thing! So, we thought we would get a head start this year with tips on how to boost your mood during the cold, often-gray winter months. It's as simple as bringing a little flora into your home. Bring flowers and plants into your home as decorations, and the scents, colors, and textures should instantly provide a little mood booster.
