Spring Parade of Homes!

In 10 days, the 2015 KCHBA Spring Parade of Homes begins! It's the perfect opportunity for residents of the KC area to get familiar with what KC builders have to offer the community. There are 377 homes in this year's Parade to visit. Tours are open daily to the public from 11am - 6pm through May 10th. Moffitt Built has two homes in the Parade this year - #s 63 and 86 in Lenexa and Shawnee, respectively. We're thrilled to be a part of this event and hope that you'll stop by one or both of our homes! Celebrate the home building craft with us this season!

Many of Moffitt Built's new construction homes have been featuring soapstone countertops (for its resiliance), outdoor lanais for both entertaining and relaxing, and low-E windows to conserve energy and promote efficiency in the home's heating/cooling system.
